Background

In 2013, the Washington Redskins held their first year of a 4 year Training camp in Richmond Virginia. The training camp was a major success, drawing close to 165 thousand spectators over the camp's 2 and a half weeks.

Brief

Richmond has allot to offer. How can this cultural blend elevate participation of campus visitors? Can the business model benefit from taking advantage of what local businesses have to offer during and post training camp?

Truth

“When I want to visit a new city I have to download 5 different apps - from local business ratings to things to do/see to deals and coupons - I even have to ask my ‘local friends’ for help.”

Idea

“How Do You RVA?” - a centralized mobile/web platform that connects Richmond as a whole (events, sightseeings, local businesses, etc.) to its visitors by curating an experience that eliminates the need of any other platform/application (i.e. Yelp, Google, LivingSocial, etc.)
